Can I return my perfume?
Yes, we have a generous returns policy. If unsure, please select 'sample' at checkout.
You can then try the sample first! We also have a complete sample pack available per collection.
Is your stock located in Australia?
Scent Life carries only 100% Australian Made Perfumes under our own brand. All stock is located in North St Marys NSW and sent from this location.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply which are normally around the $10 AUD mark, and will be added at checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
This does depend on location, but we'll generally see...
NSW: 1-2 working days
VIC/SA: 3-4 working days
QLD: 2-4 days
WA/NT: 1-2 weeks, sometimes faster

What shipping carriers do you use?
In order to be able to offer free shipping Australia wide, we use a combination of Australia Post and Couriers Please.
These two carriers provide the best flexibility of pricing on our end and will use the cheapest one depending on your location.
If express post is chosen, we will 100% use Australia Express Post as your shipping method.
