These are averages and not concrete time frames. All orders are sent within 48 hours working days. Express Post orders are sent first with priority.
In order to be able to offer free shipping Australia wide, we use a combination of Australia Post and Couriers Please. These two carriers provide the best flexibility of pricing on our end and will use the cheapest one depending on your location.
If express post is chosen, we will 100% use Australia Express Post as your shipping method.
In the event that your order seems slower than expected, please contact us after the shipping estimate on tracking has passed.
